Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! At MyMagio, we ensure that all product images accurately represent the actual items. The colors, fabrics, and designs you see in our photos are exactly what you will receive. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your sales receipt attached. You can also find your receipt in your MyMagio account under "Order History." If you need another copy, feel free to contact our customer support.

How can I return an item?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply:

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
  2. Fill out the return request form with your order details.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided.
    Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please note that swimwear with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! We frequently restock our most popular styles. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.
